purchased in limited quantities and, because of their
limited availability, their stock may not or cannot
be replenished. When an item shown on Westcoasttradeco.com
and is no longer in stock, we make every effort to remove
that item from the Site in a timely fashion. Should
you have any questions concerning the availability of
a particular item, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds?
Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If, for any
reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase,
we will refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund your purchase as the result
of a manufacturer defect. Please return items in original
packaging with a copy of your invoice. Indicate on
the invoice or a separate piece of paper the reason
for return and what action you would like to be taken.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you
insure all packages. West Coast Trading Company (Westcoasttradeco.com)
cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.Westcoasttradeco.com
will not refund shipping charges for returned items
(shipping charges are non-refundable). Please contact
us by email with any further questions about our return
policy.
Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit
card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3
weeks from the date that your return has been received
by West Coast Trading Company for your account to
be credited. If you made a purchase using a check
or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks
of receipt of your return.

What is the credit card verification number?
This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is
made using your credit card. For Visa and Mastercard

How will my purchase be delivered when I
order online?
Purchases will be shipped within the contiguous
US (48 states) (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O.
Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded.). Please contact
us via email about shipping to other locations. Note
that items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. will
be subject to additional charges.
We carefully choose the delivery service that is
best to ensure that your order is delivered in excellent
condition. Orders are shipped from our by USPS, UPS
Ground or Common Freight Carrier. Shipping and handling
fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume,
delivery destination, and retail value of order. You
will be emailed with the date the merchandise was
shipped.
